AAA Equipment Center is a fast growing Outdoor Power Equipment and rental dealership in Minnesota and we are looking to add a new, full-time team member to our energetic and professional team that will help us provide an even greater level of customer service!

What The Job Entails…

Managing a profitable rental department requires analyzing rental inventory, utilizing rental software to keep track of reservations, deliveries and maintenance. Using the latest technology enables us to operate a clean, efficient, and profitable rental department. Managing and scheduling rental team members to quickly and efficiently meet customers’ needs while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and equipment. Communicating with customers to help them achieve their goals by understanding and suggesting the correct piece of rental equipment for their project or job.

What We Are Looking For…

A rental manager with past experience (in the rental, management or equipment fields) that has excellent communication skills, background in management and hands on experience operating and maintaining a wide variety of construction and outdoor power equipment. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. A self-starter that takes prides in customer service and job performance. Someone looking to advance their career in a fun, safe, team orientated environment.

What You Need

  • Experience in management, equipment rental and/or associated field
  • A basic understanding of Outdoor Power/Construction Equipment
  • Solid computer background
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to follow an operational flow chart to achieve goals in sales, inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Attitude: Positive, Willing, Team Player, FUN!!
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 70lbs.
  • Able to work on Saturdays as needed (seasonal).
